Cancel & Refund

Our typical delivery time is 35 to 50 minutes. It varies depending on the items in your order and the distance the delivery executive has to travel. Bulk orders, custom orders and long distance orders may take more time. 

As a safety measure, our delivery executives are strictly prohibited from opening the packages and cheching the contents of the packages. We deliver the items as packed by the restaurants. Therefore there may be instances when the items may be missing or may be wrong. In such a case, We will provide full support in addressing the issue and providing a suitable solution

Further there may be packaging or quality related issues.

Customer Satisfaction is our No. 1 priority. Where ever applicable, we promtly provide a refund or replacement depending the customer's choice and restaurant availability. We sincerely request you to bear with us in this process. Please refer to our refund policy and cancellation policy below.

Refund policy:

Refunds in Bandi Bytz are managed through Razorpay and it will be credited to the respective bank account.

Refunds usually take 3-5 business days.

Upon Unsuccessful Delivery / Other scenarios, Bandi Bytz would initiate the refund immediately and it would take 3-5 working days for money to reflect in your bank account.

Cancellation Policy:

In order to prevent wastage of food and loss of resoureces, Cancellation Option/window will be provided to customer until the order is confirmed by the restaurant after which customers will not be able to cancel the orders, if Customer wish to cancel the order due unexpected scenarios, they can contact our Customer Support team.
